The order is the product

YAP Signer 0.3.19 is the live wallet. It is the Chrome extension. It works with Pump.fun and swaps with Jupiter. The 24-word phrase stays on the device.

YAP Wallet 0.4.0 is the expansion after that extension. It is not a second name for the same install. Nothing in the 0.4.0 list is live until it ships.

The order is the product. Each step waits on the one before it. Shipping the desk before the account, or control before the API, would publish a product that cannot do what it claims.

An earlier note treated the Control Layer as the current build. That sequence is wrong. Control and execution are last.

An email verifies a Yap user. The 24-word phrase stays on the device. The email does not recover the phrase, reset the signer password, or approve a signature. Linking an address is a signature from that address.

A KYC case opens only for an on-ramp purchase or a custodial agent slot. The provider keeps the documents. Yap stores the provider subject id and a status. Self-custodial signing does not open a case.

This is the account on yap-pay.xyz.

The API reads public status and asks the extension to sign. The extension still holds the key. The same API is what the later control layer will call.

The desk opens only after the account exists and the address is attested.

• Referrals. A public @username link on yap-pay.xyz. That link is how someone enters a referral competition.
• Leaderboard. Competition scores belong to the attested account.
• Follow. The same @username is the person, on Signer and on the custodial desk.
• Warmers. Dust and a few transactions. A wallet stays off a campaign until the queue says ready, then it moves in.
• Campaigns and groups. Named wallets in three lanes: warming, live, and reserve.
• Custodial agent wallets and on-ramp. Agent wallets are separate from the 24-word phrase. The published plan is up to five slots, each with its own address. Buy SOL through a partner widget. Cash never lands in the extension. The purchase uses the KYC case from step 1.
• Explore. A browser inside the wallet. The pages in the trailer are pump.fun, charts, yap-pay.xyz, and the live campaign. Connect stays on the desk.
• Base sits on the same username beside Solana and Ethereum. Perps and Collectibles are in the Signer trailer only.

Same vault rule as Chrome. The phrase stays on that device.

Last. This is silent signing for the agent wallets a person opts into. It uses the policy and the API from the steps above.

The public roadmap now marks the wallet as the live node and leaves control, the platform, the runtime market, and the autonomous economy in the future. The 0.4.0 list stays future until each step ships.
